Why Fainite

Faster than simulation. Closer to reality.

Engineers decide with simulation, and simulation falls short in two ways.

The problem

Simulation is slow

A single analysis takes hours, so teams explore a handful of designs when the best one may lie among the thousands they never reach.

Fainite answers in minutes
The problem

Simulation is not reality

Real parts sag, warp and vary in production in ways the model’s assumptions miss. Engineers close that gap today with physical trials.

Fainite learns what actually happens

01 · Faster

Full physical fields in minutes, from the data you already have

Fainite predicts complete stress, strain and temperature fields for each new design in minutes instead of hours. The physics built into the model does the heavy lifting, so there is no large data campaign, and the same approach carries over to each new application across structural, thermal, fluid and electromagnetic physics.

02 · Closer to reality

Close the gap between simulation and reality

Simulation tells you what should happen. Fainite also learns what actually happens. Our models are pre-trained across structural, thermal, fluid and electromagnetic physics, then fine-tuned on your own measurements, so they predict how real parts behave, including effects that cannot be simulated today.

The simulation follows its assumptions, but the real part sagged unevenly during firing. The shaded area is the gap engineers fix today with physical trials.

  1. 01

    Pre-trained on physics

Models trained across structural, thermal, fluid and electromagnetic problems already understand how the physical world behaves.

  2. 02

    Fine-tuned on your reality

We adapt them with your own measurements: metrology scans, test bench results, sensor and production data.

  3. 03

    Solves new problems

Firing distortion, process variability and unknown material behavior become predictable, before the first trial.

Built for engineers who need to trust the answer

Answers engineers can defend

Every model is validated on your own held-out cases and ships with a documented range of validity.

Your solver stays the reference

Fainite speeds up exploration and early decisions. Your validated tools stay the reference for final sign-off.

Your data stays yours

Customer-specific models, never trained on or combined with other customers' data. Run them in a secure cloud or inside your own infrastructure.
